Rules for the “Covetes dels Moros”

RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS

• Before entering the Caves: disinfect your hands and wear your face mask during the whole visit.
• You must have your ticket handy before entry.
• Smoking is forbidden.
• Pets are forbidden.
• Follow the guide’s instructions regarding the established itinerary at all times. Not following the rules or the indications will lead to expulsion.
• Don’t obstruct the entrance /exit.
• Don’t interrupt the circulation of other visiters in order to avoid build-ups.

IT IS NOT ALLOWED to access the facility with any kind of bags, rucksacks, selfie-sticks, food or drinks.
IT IS NOT ALLOWED to lean outside the windows nor dirty the walls.

IMPORTANT:
There aren’t any lockers at the Covetes. The staff are not responsible for any loss.
It’s advisable to leave your belongings in your car.

The visit starts at the exact time of the reservation, so please arrive early enough. Once the visit has started, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ACCESS  TO THE AREA.

WARNING:

• Some spaces are very narrow. You’ll need to be reasonable fit and agile, as you’ll have to crawl and pull yourself using your hands and feet.
• Don’t enter if you suffer from claustrophobia, vertigo or any other condition which causes difficulty to your mobility inside the Caves.
• People under 18 must be supervised at all times by an adult and always be accompanied. They should never be alone or separated from adults.
• Access in not permitted to groups of children under 8 years old.
• School groups need to be accompanied by their monitors, teachers or adult in charge at all times.

ON BUYING YOUR TICKET YOU ACCEPT THE RULES OF THE MONUMENT.

MAXIMUM TIME FOR THE VISIT, INCLUDING GETTING TO THE CAVES AND BACK: 1 HOUR.
